Helping Government and Industry to Collaborate

The CMA Executive Forum was established in 1998 to foster communications between industry and government executives in dealing with government business problems and information technology issues.  Our goal has been to provide government executives the opportunity to learn about leading-edge technology solutions. For industry executives, the Executive Forum has provided a collaborative environment to learn about the needs of government.  During the past ten years over 125 live and on-line events, with over 12,000 attendees, have been produced and hosted in Washington and in major cities throughout the country.

Government Events

Agency Briefings
Another very successful event series has been the CMA Agency Briefings.  The Agency Briefings were designed for industry executives and business development personnel to gain a better understanding of the “Business of Government”.  The briefings feature a senior government official or CIO who addresses the needs of his/her agency, new government initiatives and emerging business opportunities.  These sessions also provide the opportunity to personally meet the government officials and network with potential business partners.  Since 1998, 62 Agency Briefings with over 8,000 industry attendees have been produced.
