DoD – DISA Cybersecurity Range Executive Briefing for Computer Marketing Associates.

June 2, 2016 | John Frey | Quantico, VA

CMA led a group of its Cybersecurity Solution Partners for an Executive Briefing at the DoD-DISA Cybersecurity Range as part of its initiative to map the capabilities of CMA’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

This briefing was a follow on to the GWAC Solutions.com’s Center of Excellence Reference Architecture Work Session held on April 28th.

Leading the briefing was Joseph Minicucci, Program Director; and Brian Demuth, Executive Director for the Range – which is managed by ManTech International Corp.

The mission of the Range is to provide Cyber Warriors an operationally realistic environment to:

  • Detect and prevent intrusion and assess TTPs
  • Conduct live fire cyber exercises, and
  • Test and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise tools prior to their release into production.

Participating in the briefing along with CMA were Cypherpath and PKware representing two cornerstone solutions in the CMA portfolio. After the briefing a very constructive continuation of the April 28 Reference Architecture Work Session was conducted Ernest McCaleb, the Range Technical Director and Architect, with the CMA executives and leaders from PKware and Cypherpath.
